How to Join Our Virtual Meetings

Overview    Members Area Help

Before joining the sessions, ensure you are in a quiet room where you will be able to listen and speak freely. Give yourself 10 minutes before the start time to get set up. Sessions will be between 30-60 minutes long depending on the topic so we have to make the most of the time.

If joining via computer (recommended), please test your device/computer audio and microphone before joining calls.

Wait for the leader/facilitator to join the call. Please make sure your microphone is muted when you are not speaking.

If possible, familiarise yourself with the Free Conference Call wall before we meet. The Calendar will list all scheduled meetings. There is also a space on the wall page where uploaded documents and links may be shared for you to use or view during the calls.
